Sr. Supply ChainConsultant Job DescriptionThe Sr. Supply Chain Consultant positionwill work to create complex supply chain solutions in a fast-pacedwork environment. This role will routinely engage with clientstakeholders to define project scope, goals, requirements, anddeliverables. As such, the position requires a high level offace-to-face interaction with clients and senior leadership teams.

This position will be responsible for leading projects as well assupervising and mentoring junior staff on these projects.

While theprimary duties will vary based on the project scope and thecandidate’s specific role within the team, the work for thisposition will focus on Bricz’ 3 core areas of service: Analysis,Optimization, and Implementation.

Analysis:

Communicate with clients to understand business requirementsand perform network analysis Provide data-based recommendations on large-scale, strategicsupply chain initiatives Utilize industry expertise to assist clients in selecting theperfect supply chain software

Implementation:

Leading software implementation from initial project conceptionthrough final installation Configure supply chain software to meet unique clientrequirements and business needs Perform end-to-end system testing to validate systemconfiguration Provide daily system support by performing root cause analysisfor system issues Establish effective training and documentation to transitionknowledge to client’s team

Optimization:

Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvementwithin a supply chain Configure supply chain systems to work in tandem withoperations to ensure peak efficiency Streamline operations by collaborating with cross-functionalteams that can include anyone from warehouse workers, to IT to topexecutives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 2-6 years of relevant experience Flexibility to travel up to 75% Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to leadinternal activities to stimulate company growth Ability and drive to conceptualize, develop, and present newideas and solutions Experience in project management, including project planning,prioritizing objectives, and status reporting Advanced knowledge of supply chain concepts with a primaryfocus on distribution applications Hands-on working knowledge and advanced understanding of any ofthe following supply chain technologies: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (Manhattan WM, High Jump,etc.) Order Management Systems (OMS) Labor Management Systems (LMS) Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Supply Chain Business Intelligence ToolsAbility and willingnessto learn and adapt to multiple supply chain technologies

PreferredQualifications:
