The role involves handling import/export processes, tracking shipments, and supporting smooth end-to-end logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and monitor air/ocean/ground freight shipments Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., B/L, AWB, commercial invoices) Coordinate with carriers, customs, and internal teams Track and update shipment status for clients Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations

Qualifications:

Entry-level; 0-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred Knowledge of import/export procedures is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office and logistics software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
