Pay:
$21/hr We are currently representing a client in the medical industry seeking a Temp Logistics Coordinator to join their team on contractual basis for a long-term contract (up to 1 year), with a possible extension or permanent offer.
Duties:
Handling email and database correspondence regarding medical facility service requests, issuing product pick tickets and assigning PO’s to vendors for services.
Heavy documentation of the action to taken as well as tracking numbers for shipments.
Communicating with medical facilities to provide additional requested information. The role is in office, Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM w/30 min lunch. The selected candidate must have previous customer service logistics experience in shipping/tracking & tracing, and previous expertise working with multiple software programs on the job. #Admin123
