Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team as an Entry-Level Logistics Account Coordinator . In this role, you will support national customer accounts, assist with day-to-day logistics operations, and help ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. This is a great opportunity to start a career in logistics and supply chain with room to grow. Key Responsibilities Account Support Act as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Support account managers by maintaining client records and handling basic communication. Help coordinate regular updates and business reviews with customers. Operational Assistance Work with internal teams (dispatch, carrier management, customer service) to help ensure freight moves on time. Track shipments and assist in resolving service issues. Monitor performance indicators and help ensure compliance with customer requirements. Growth & Development Assist in identifying service improvements or potential business opportunities. Help prepare rate quotes and proposals with the pricing team. Support the team with account performance tracking and reporting. Reporting & Tools Use logistics software (such as TMS and CRM tools) to input and update shipment data. Help compile reports on customer service levels, costs, and other key metrics. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field (internships or coursework a plus). Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic business software. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Not Required) Familiarity with freight, transportation, or logistics industry basics. Experience using systems like Salesforce or a TMS is a plus. Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability. Work Environment & Travel Full-time role with potential for hybrid or remote work depending on company policy. Occasional travel for training, company meetings, or client site visits (up to 10%).
