What You’ll Be Doing:

Quoting, booking, and managing all aspects of truckload shipments Proactively prospecting, cold calling, and growing customer accounts Building strong relationships with customers and carriers Responding quickly to rate requests and sourcing carrier capacity Preparing pricing options and handling RFQs Negotiating with both customers and carriers Managing account metrics and ensuring service expectations are met Collaborating with team members across departments to resolve issues Researching and onboarding carriers for additional capacity Developing and executing customer-specific SOPs Identifying opportunities to enhance margin and automate workflow

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus 1+ years of brokerage sales or 3+ years in logistics/supply chain Strong negotiation, time management, and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) is a plus Basic understanding of pricing, profit margin, truck capacity, and transit times Strong math and analytical skills
