In this role, you will be pivotal in coordinating production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects while optimizing resources and maintaining high-quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of engineering excellence. Responsibilities Develop and manage production schedules to meet project deadlines. Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment on production goals. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow. Monitor inventory levels and manage material requirements planning (MRP). Collaborate with supply chain teams to enhance overall performance. Prepare reports on production metrics and provide insights for decision-making. Requirements Proven experience in production scheduling or related field within the aerospace or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles. Familiarity with MRP systems and SAP is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly. Experience with lean manufacturing techniques is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
