This onsite position involves coordinating with suppliers and transportation teams to ensure timely material delivery, while also engaging in logistics improvement projects and new model planning.

- How You’ll Create Possibilities
- + Plan and coordinate material availability for production, solving supplier-related issues proactively.
+ Enhance Inventory Accuracy, Bill of Material Accuracy, and manage Part Excess/Obsolescence. + Support New Model Introduction and logistics planning initiatives. + Engage in logistics improvement projects such as RWIP reduction and supplier capacity analysis. + Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new suppliers. + Manage schedule changes and supply shortages to minimize manufacturing impact. + Assist with cycle counting to ensure accurate inventory counts. + Oversee model line transitions, ensuring part availability and managing obsolescence. + Develop processes to boost supplier performance and reduce inventory without production downtime.
- What You’ll Bring to Our Team
- + Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. + Proficient understanding of MRP systems. + Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain concepts. + Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Excellent judgment, planning, and systematic skills for effective collaboration. + Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. + Strong interpersonal skills to drive team success. + Knowledge of the Appliance Industry is a plus.
