Duties Manage and maintain transportation files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and organized. Assist in calendar management for transportation schedules, including coordinating consumer transit ridership. Serve as a personal assistant to the transportation manager, providing administrative support as needed. Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other departments via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to transportation operations. Provide assistance in scheduling maintenance for transportation vehicles as necessary. Support the team in various administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency. Experience Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
