Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with Inventory Specialist team to maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
Assures purchases and receiving are completed following policy and procedure.
Provides support and maintenance for inventory related items in inventory tracking software.
Manages all shipments, mail, and deliveries for the entire Lafayette Headquarters.
Packages and loads supplies for delivery.
Promotes safe practices and compliance in storage area.
Manages purchases, requests, and stock for all office supplies.
Other duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience managing inventory
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical Demands:
Sitting at desk, standing, and walking throughout warehouse/office
Operation of office equipment and computer
Occasionally lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
