Summary As a Logistics Specialist at GOFO Inc, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing the flow of goods and ensuring efficient logistics processes. This position is essential to our mission of providing top-notch delivery services nationwide. Responsibilities Evaluate, choose, and manage Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to ensure compliance with company operational policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements, with the goal of establishing long-term partnerships. Negotiate contract clauses and prices with DSPs, utilizing data analysis to optimize delivery costs and enhance service quality across different delivery routes. Monitor package delivery operations by tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rate, false delivery rate, and customer satisfaction, and provide plans to improve delivery efficiency and accuracy. Analyze logistics data and operational trends, leveraging data modeling and visualization tools (such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and SQL) to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization strategies. Provide real-time operational guidance and technical support, match the most suitable DSP resources based on volume fluctuations, geographical factors, and operational requirements to maximize delivery efficiency. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance DSP operational management, ensuring compliance with company service standards and regulatory requirements. Resolve complex delivery-related issues, utilize data-driven analysis to identify root causes and collaborate with internal teams to develop long-term optimization strategies, reducing operational risks and improving stability. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with the IT department and the customer service department to optimize last-mile delivery operations and improve overall efficiency and customer experience. Requirements Mandarin required Proven experience in logistics and data analysis. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is essential.
