The Logistics Coordinator works closely with our VicePresident of Robots & Fleet, as well as our Sales, Marketing,Deployment, Customer Experience and other internal teams andexternal customers to anticipate and position inventory in theright locations, at the right time, while keeping the stakeholdersinformed. Responsibilities include:

Leverage yourNative Generative AI skills to help our Vice President of Fleetbring AI agents into the work place This is a hands-on positionwith a good amount of physical activity, balanced with desk workThis position requires someone who sees opportunities forimprovement and takes an “owner” mindset to design and bring workimprovements to the V.P. using the tools that we already own (eg:

ChatGPT; SAP; Hubspot; Slack workflow automation; Notion) Must be ateam player

• and have the mindsetand discipline of a collegiate rowing team member Alignment betweenwarehouses, including supply coordination, stock transfers,inventory control Inventory health management
• turnover analysis,demand planning, cycle counting and twice-yearly physical inventoryProcess documentation, improvement, and monitoring to ensureefficiency and accuracy Warehouse supply coordination inconsultation with multiple on-site teams Reporting and analysis ofdata from demand planning software, WMS systems, and otherplatforms.

Coordinating with third-party warehouse staff to supportscaling and improve internal efficiencies. Root cause analysis (5Whys / 8D / other methodology) Receive, count, and stock spareparts and finished goods shipments Log all received shipments inSAP Business ByDesign and Salesforce Create shipments (LTL, parcel,TL) in support of internal and external customer orders Createevent and trade show shipments and recoveries Conduct weekly cyclecounts and twice-annual physical inventories Assist in the reverselogistics processes (RMA) with the Customer Care team Follow allproducts in transit to ensure timely delivery Create customsdocuments for international shipments, ensuring compliance withcustoms regulations Create and run reports in SAP and Salesforce toassisting with inventory analysis and monthly demand planningcycles Help to create and maintain a safe, clean and welcoming workenvironment Other activities as may be required from time to timeto support the entire team Physically pack/unpack and palletizeshipments for QC inspection and deliveries to customers Doesn’tmind switching between tasks often from desk to physical workdepending on the volume of shipments on a given day
