Job Description About the role:
As theSupply Planner, Biologics you will be accountable for the FinishedDrug Product planning and allocation and distribution of commercialand clinical products from manufacturing sites to theregions/countries, working with the E2E Supply Chain Planner. Thiscan include ensuring supply & customer service levels, optimizedinventory strategy, internal and external site management, input toand agreement on the Master Production Schedule and all otherrelated activities to ensure GxP and regulatory compliant DP/Finished Drug Product are available at the appropriate sites. Thisenables Takeda to meet the requirements of the markets in time. Youwill participate in / lead Supply Chain Improvement Projectsfollowing the Products’, OpU’s and Takeda’s goals. You will reportinto the End to End Supply Chain Lead.
How you will contribute:
Supply plan and generate Finished Drug Product schedules and batchallocations for commercial and clinical Biologics products,aligning and challenging the associated DP / DS plans with theMaster Planner Align and collaborate where needed with Sales &Operations Planning (S&OP) and Demand Planners on FDP forecastvs. supply plans Contribute to and complete the MPS (MasterProduction Schedule) Support in defining inventory andreplenishment strategy, maintain inventory at target across thedistribution network, and find and address inventory write-offsMaintain planning parameters in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)and Advanced Planning Systems (APS) to guarantee accurate monthlyplanning and allocation results Create purchase orders in therelevant ERP system and ensure the spend management and P2Pprocesses are followed Ensure inventory accuracy in the ERP andperform SOX compliant inventory reconciliation Collaborate withinternal and external manufacturing sites at all stages in thesupply chain, quality, regulatory and demand/S&OP planners toresolve issues Identify corrective actions and follow-up onimplementation of actions Open and Maintain WLs/SDNs Align withmanufacturing on capacity usage and provide input forbudget/forecast cycles Help achieve Supply Chain Goals (KPI) andOpU targets including creation and updating of any requiredreporting
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
University Degree inSupply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, industrialengineering, business informatics or similar Min. 3 yearsexperience in supply chain or production planning or related fieldsemploying multi-product, multiechelon batch production planningExperience using supply chain/advanced planning systems, ERPsystems (SAP, C3ME or others) Experience with Excel and other MSOffice apps (PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote), Data Reporting tools(Qlik, Power BI) Fluent in English More about us: At Takeda, we aretransforming patient care through the development of novelspecialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient supportprograms. Base Salary Range:
$111,800.00 – $175,670.00 The estimated salaryrange reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actualbase salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, includingthe qualifications of the individual applicant for the position,years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level ofeducation attained, certifications or other professional licensesheld, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or fromwhich they will be performing the job.
The actual base salaryoffered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wagerequirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may beeligible for short-term and/or long-termincentives.
