The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing supply chain processes, ensuring efficient inventory control, and optimizing demand planning. This position requires a strong understanding of production planning and the ability to forecast future needs effectively. The Planner will collaborate with various departments to ensure that materials and products are available when needed, contributing to the overall success of our operations. We are seeking an experienced Production Planner with a strong background in contract manufacturing and PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing to join our growing team. This critical role will focus on optimizing production schedules, managing materials, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer and business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed production plans aligned with customer requirements and internal capacity Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure schedule adherence Monitor material availability and manage shortages or delays proactively Utilize Epicor (or SAP ) ERP systems for planning, tracking, and reporting Analyze demand forecasts and adjust plans accordingly Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and operational efficiency

Must-Have Qualifications:

Contract manufacturing experience PCB manufacturing experience Proficiency with Epicor ERP (or strong experience with SAP ) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment #IND1 #manufacturing #planner
