POSITION DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manages daily operation of the OMHC dock area and supply rooms. Ensures that the delivered product is accurate, received, and stored to standard. Understands supply needs of all constituents, sets and maintains minimum and maximum stock levels to ensure adequate product is available within budgetary constraints. Facilitates the proper flow of goods from dock delivery to storage to disbursement of goods to the departments and locations where they are needed. Maintains fiscal controls through managing par levels and budgetary spend-down sheets.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED A minimum of 5 years’ experience in purchasing and receiving related professions, i.e., medical, food & beverage, retail.
