Job Responsibilities Enter and update loads, scan and RVI loads Schedule freight pickup and delivery appointments Track freight and proactive communication Provide coverage for customer service reps when out of office Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Data Entry/Skilled in typing Ability to multi-task Punctual High energy level, results driven Written and verbal communication skills
