Develop expertise in many different disciplines of

Asset Management:

Finance Competencies, Rental Management, Maintenance Management, Procurement Management, Properties Management.
Learn basic leadership and management skills.
Learn concepts surrounding supply chain management.
Learn concepts surrounding continuous improvement and process controls.
Learn concepts regarding negotiation, competitive bidding, and procurement.
Learn enterprise resource planning structure and execution.
Learn concepts surrounding Voice of the Customer.
Learn how to partner with operational team members and add value to the company.
Learn how Asset Management, Properties Management, and other construction-support entities strengthen The Cianbro Companies.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
Self-starter mentality with a willingness to take the initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Can-do attitude with the ability to work intensively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills.
Travel is required.
