We’re looking for a Logistics Technician with a strong background in international shipping and customs regulations to help coordinate our logistics operations. Required Skills:

International Shipping:
Experience with shipping to Europe, Canada, Mexico, and China.

Customs & Tariffs:
Familiarity with customs regulations and tariff codes.

Vendor & Customer Interaction:
Experience inmunication with vendors and handling customer inquiries.

Shipping Documentation & BOLs:
Experience with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and managing shipping paperwork as well as maintaining record receipts of P-Card purchases for accounting.

Purchase Order Tracking:
Ability to track and update purchase orders, inform departments of delays.

Shipping Coordination:
Coordinate with sales and inventory to ensure shipments are ready and timely including small carriers via Worldship, Fed Ex and DHL.

Organizational Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

ERP Systems:
Experience with ERP systems like AX for processing and managing shipments.
Bonus if

- Unconfirmed s: Ability to follow up with vendors on unconfirmed shipments and materials.

Sales Coordination:
Experience coordinating with sales to ensure all necessary information is ready before the ship date.

Shipments:
Familiarity with creating picking lists for shipments via new procedures.

International Paperwork:
Experience handling international paperwork in accordance with IATA, DOT, and Dangerous Goods regulations (training provided).

Carrier Interaction:
Experience with carriers like FedEx, UPS, and others for customs clearance.

Trade Agreements:
Knowledge of updating trade agreements and pricing as needed.

Inventory Coordination:
Ability to coordinate with inventory for iing and outgoing shipments.

PO Processing & Adjustment:
Experience with processing and confirming purchase orders, adjusting estimates for invoicing.
Job Duties:
- Coordinate and process shipments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Work with vendors to confirm shipments, resolve delays, and ensure proper documentation is in place.
- Manage international shipments, ensuringpliance with customs and tariffs.
- Prepare and send necessary shipping reports to accounting and other departments.
- Participate in daily production meetings and ensure all required shipping information is available.
- Assist in maintaining vendor files, purchase requisitions, and supporting documentation.
- Provide backup support for warehouse duties and coordinate with inventory as needed.

Pay Details:
$44,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
