PURPOSE AND

DESCRIPTIONPrimary responsibility of Forward Stocking Specialist is to performthe day to day operations and administrative responsibilities ofthe Client forward stocking locations for various in-home clientprograms. This person serves as an integral part of the SCM supportteam in providing support and ensuring smooth and effectiveoperations and will provide a variety of professional,administrative, and/or clerical services to department andmanagement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support warehouse operations aswell as any administrative tasks to meet quality and productivitymetrics supporting overall business needs. Assist teams to ensuretimely product movement, availability and disposition according toprocess Confirm and support all required shipping and receivingprotocols Monitor and update applicable software programs as neededMaintains inventory accuracy by researching and performingfollow-ups when discrepancies arise Troubleshoots issues related tooffice management, including telephony, computers, printers, andfacilities. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedby department and management . Collaborate pro-actively andsuccessfully across departmental boundaries. On a daily basisoperate in compliance with Federal, State and Local authorities.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Skills/knowledge :

Basic knowledge of supply chain integration,logistics network and warehouse best practices. Proficient inMicrosoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to navigate androot cause opportunities to seek resolution. Strong ability tohandle ambiguity and adapts readily and easily to changes. Strongverbal and written communication, and team facilitations skills.

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability tobe self-motivated, work independently and set priorities

Experience/education :

2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Physical demands : Bending, sitting, lifting, and standing based onthe need of the business. Standing and/or sitting for extended andlong periods of time, up to 100% of shift or over time.

Workenvironment :

Specific vision abilities that may be required bythis job including close vision, distance vision, color vision,peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Vocal communications are required for expressing or exchangingideas by means of the spoken word and/or to communicate withcustomers and/or clients. Hearing is required to perceiveinformation at normal spoken word levels and in environment withloud machinery. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals, andsuch matters as demands for overtime or shift work. Exposure tovarious materials including cardboard, various metals and plastics.

Exposure to moving equipment and objects in the immediate work areasuch as automated machinery, fulfillment line, heavily laden carts,and forklifts. Exposure to tools or material with sharp edges whichmay involve the risk of injury.
