YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will develop, manage, and lead the execution of supply plans for US Row Crops and relevant export markets, enabling annual sales targets while optimizing inventory waste and production efficiency.
Additionally, you will co-create with home and work squads, leveraging advanced business knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment to build supply plan recommendations that optimize working capital and enhance customer satisfaction. Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach The primary responsibilities of this role, RC Senior Supply Planner, are to: + Be accountable for full-year inventory positions for respective crop plans, ensuring timely shipping of quality products while minimizing obsolescence through transparent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams; + Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams, actively collaborating to develop, manage, and improve annual supply plans that align with shipping targets and manufacturing efficiencies while maintaining safe operations through capacity constraints in production, warehousing, and docks; + Create and manage production plans for manufacturing sites, tracking progress metrics against plans, and proactively managing contingencies to achieve agreed-upon supply targets, quality specifications, and product volume variance; + Share subject matter expertise to develop contingencies with cross-functional teams through analysis of inventory positions, quality considerations, and variable supply opportunities, ensuring commitments to customers are met efficiently; + Be responsible for executing non-Commercial demand requests for export and plot seed requirements and build supply plans to enable these markets while balancing needs for domestic commercial demand; + Analyze inventory health and collaborates with Demand Planning, Quality Assurance, and Finance to recommend usage decisions on inventory, ensuring alignment with sales and obsolescence targets through shared insights and critical data points; + Leverage advanced business knowledge to identify and implement improvements to existing processes, utilizing analytical analysis of data trends and industry factors to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

WHO YOU ARE
- Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business, or other related disciplines; + Demonstrated computer skills and ability to learn new tools; + Strong Communication skills including capability to clearly present information to influence others both verbally and written; + Excellent decision and problem-solving skills using data and analytics; + Ability to work effectively and excel within a diverse team, fostering an inclusive environment that drives results; + Ability to thrive in a Hybrid Work Model, demonstrating flexibility and commitment with a minimum of three days each week in the Creve Coeur Office, while effectively collaborating with remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or planning environment. This posting will be available for application until at least July 9. 2025. Relocation may be offered for this role.
