What we are looking for:

Grammer is looking for a Production Planner to join our team in Shannon, MS . The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team environment. This individual will have an opportunity to make lasting and positive changes in our team!

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Analyzes customer releases, ensures accurate data transfer to production. Performs daily maintenance for SAP;

MD06, CO41, VL10A, VL02N, VL06G, VA05, VA32, VA31, EMFOR, VA01, VA02.

Monitors 3PL stock levels daily and schedules by priority. Serves as the liaison with production supervisors to determine adjustments needed per headcount, material status, etc. Coordinates with warehouse supervisor to expedite transfer of materials from stock area to production area. Prepares weekly reporting of MPS, which includes updating from previous week. Interfaces with material planners and customer service to ensure accurate deliveries. Data entry into SAP. Make SAP adjustments.

What you will bring along:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Excellent computer skills Strong math skills Ability to prioritize, communicate, be organized, and detail oriented Ability to be flexible, adapt to new challenges, and work under pressure SAP knowledge and experience Ability to utilize excel strategically ISO9000 knowledge and experience Automotive industry experience Product launch exposure a plus Management of internal and external relationships.
