Job Summary:
Stage and kit parts to production order BOM’s and templates. Delivering staged carts to the correct production station as schedule dictates. Delivering AOG’s to line when received.
Primary Responsibilities:
Material and Station Cart Preparation & Delivery:
50%Receive parts from warehouse and verify qty. and certificationsMatch parts from transfer orders to production order and templateDeliver staged carts to production line stations on scheduled dayDeliver shortages and AOG material to the stations
Organization and Planning:
25%Coordination between Shop Floor Control, Warehouse and Production line.
Communication:
25%Communicating part issues with the appropriate dept. effecting cart preparation and delivery to line.
Communicating with all internal customers
