DescriptionMajor Job ActivitiesKey Responsibilities:

• Train, Advise, Assist, and Integrate IqAF on F-16 Fuels systems maintenance, focusing on fleet health indicators.25%
• Support IqAF fuel systems shop through removal, repair, inspection, installation, and modification of aircraft fuel systems.15%
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, in-tank repairs, and operational checkouts.10%
• Use technical publications, schematics, and specifications; train IqAF in their use.10%
• Recommend changes to improve maintenance productivity and efficiency.10%
• Document maintenance actions and support training compliance requirements.10%
• Collaborate with CLS/IqAF teams and perform other duties as assigned.

Material & Equipment Directly UsedFuel system tools and equipment; personal protective equipment including respirators; technical publications.

Working EnvironmentDeployed setting; work in confined spaces and fuel tanks; high operational tempo alongside international teams.

Physical ActivitiesWork in confined spaces; wearing respirators; manual handling; extended standing and climbing.

QualificationsEducation:

USAF 7-skill level (Craftsman).

Certifications:

A&P certification preferred.

Experience:

8 to 8 to 10 years (preferred) of experience in F-16 fuel systems maintenance.

Other Requirements:

Must be skilled on recent F-16 versions; eligible for Secret clearance; U.S. Citizen; worldwide deployability including Middle East; experience with international customers preferred.

Skills and Technology Used:

Technical publications; Logistics Management Systems; strong communication skills.
