We are looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to our operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

What you will do

• Deal with high volume inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Provide support to customers and carriers.
• Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
• Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
• Effectively monitor all loads assigned.

Qualifications:

What you need to bring

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in transportation or experience in customer service and hospitality.
• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
• Solid written and oral communication skills; interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong relationships with multiple carriers and customers; ability to work independently or within a team.

Manage workload in fast paced environment.
