Production Planner
Are you ananized and strategic thinker who excels at coordinating production schedules? We are seeking a dedicated Production Planner to our client’s team. In this role, you will ensure efficient scheduling of customer deliverables and oversee the flow of products throughout the entire production cycle. If you’re passionate about optimizing production timelines and contributing to a team that’s making impactful achievements, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and internal financial goals.
Review open sales orders to determine customer needs and coordinate parts delivery to ensure production timelines are met.
Collaborate with the purchasing team to expedite supplier purchase orders when necessary.
Utilize ERP systems to generate manufacturing work orders and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams on material shortages.
Communicate schedule impacts to the sales team and ensure manufacturing builds arepleted on time.
Prepare and maintain status reports, including inventory levels and production schedules.
Analyze production anomalies and re-plan orders as needed.
Assess technical change requests and implement action plans upon approval.
Update data in information systems and track key performance indicators.
Ad to safety practices and contribute to theanization’s health, safety, and environmental culture.
Maintain regular, predictable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related field
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align tasks withanizational goals.
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Proficient in ERP systems and office tools
