Supply Chain Manager KirbyLink Vicksburg, MS We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This hands-on role will involve overseeing various aspects of our supply chain operations, from purchasing and inventory management to system development. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to wear multiple hats as they lay the groundwork for future staff and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize purchasing, inventory, and logistics. Manage daily operations of the supply chain, ensuring timely procurement and distribution of materials. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met. Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Implement and manage Kanban inventory systems to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Train and mentor new team members as the supply chain department grows. Collaborate with manufacturing and construction teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on hands-on operations. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, specifically within the home or home construction industry. Proven experience with Kanban inventory systems and methodologies. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Degree not required; relevant experience and a strong track record are prioritized.
