• Accountable for tracking, tracing, and expediting shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Resolving transportation and shipping issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Responding to customer calls and ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded, fostering positive relationships. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
