We are a leading manufacturer of parachutes and parachute systems for the U.S. Military, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, ERP-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and manage the Master Production Plan using Epicor or Excel Schedule and coordinate production across multiple product lines Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance teams Create and close jobs (First Article, WIP, Canopy Cloth, etc.) in Epicor (our ERP system) Issue materials and manage inventory transitions from WIP to Finished Goods Adjust production plans in response to supplier constraints or contract priorities Support new product launches and first article processes Enter pre-production data into Compliant Pro Contribute to ongoing process improvements and assist with special projects

What You Bring:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 2 years of production planning experience (3-5 years preferred, especially in textile/apparel or defense manufacturing) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP experience (Epicor/Kinetic preferred) Strong problem-solving, math, and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Physical Requirements:

Sit or stand for extended periods Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs Use hands and arms for handling and reaching Clear vision for detailed work; ability to kneel, stoop, crouch as needed
