Full Job Description Supply Chain Analyst Location:

Fayetteville, NC Position Overview U.S.-based manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to enhance operational efficiency across the supply chain. Based at a key facility in the Southeastern U.S., this role plays a critical part in production scheduling, customer coordination, inventory management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and capable of collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth and timely supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities The Supply Chain Analyst will support the full spectrum of supply chain operations, including planning, communication, analysis, and compliance.

Core responsibilities include:

Production Scheduling Coordinate with production departments to develop and manage weekly production schedules based on forecasts and current inventory levels. Customer Order Coordination Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order timing, fulfillment status, and delivery expectations. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and trends. Create and present performance reports for senior management decision-making. Inventory Management Monitor stock levels and forecast future demand in coordination with production planning. Supplier & Vendor Collaboration Work with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries. Support negotiation efforts and maintain positive vendor relationships. Process Improvement Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices to streamline supply chain functions. Cross-Functional Alignment Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment between supply chain plans and business objectives. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure supply chain activities meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who combine technical skills with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ideal qualifications include:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 3 years in a supply chain, logistics, or production planning role—in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
