HYBRID – Full-time onsite training (5 days/week), transitioning to 3-4 days onsite per week Local candidates only.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading Ensure all shipments comply with U.S. and international export laws and regulations Coordinate sample exports from inventory management to transportation Communicate proactively with requestors, couriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely, accurate deliveries Track shipments, resolve delays or issues, and maintain detailed records Monitor export law changes and keep training documentation up-to-date Support ongoing procurement needs by monitoring inventory and ordering materials What You Bring to the

BA in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks High attention to detail and accountability in documentation A dependable team player who can also thrive independently Bonus points for: Experience in export coordination Familiarity with SAP Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Why Join Us?
