Logistics Coordinator Experience:

Services Procurement:
a) Work with the WPR Program Team to propose AV Integration partners at sites globally, ensuring consideration given to resource availability to meet schedule b) Participate in the AV Integration and any other technical service RFP as required.
Procurement and Contract Management:
c) Manage the creation and processing of all purchase contracts related to the IT AV & Collaboration Technology program. d) Work with WPR project managers to identify contacts at each site for receiving goods e) Work with vendors and procurement teams to ensure timely ordering and fulfillment of required resources. f) Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and procedures. Logistics Coordination g) Oversee and coordinate the logistics of procurement, including international shipments, customs clearance, and in-country transportation. h) Facilitate tax clearance processes and ensure adherence to country-specific regulations. i) Collaborate with local transporters and global logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery. Tracking and Reporting j) Maintain detailed records of all procurement and logistical activities, ensuring transparency and accountability. k) Track shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholders on delivery status. l) Develop and present logistics metrics and performance reports. Budget and Financial Management m) Monitor and track financial expenditures related to procurement and logistics. n) Ensure alignment with allocated budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. o) Reconcile invoices and collaborate with finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
