Operation Specialist (Mandarin Required) Position Available In Durham, North Carolina

Operation Specialist (Mandarin Required) Gofo Inc Raleigh-Durham, NC 27502 We are hiring an Operation Specialist to manage delivery service providers (DSPs), optimize logistics processes, and ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort packages by zip code for delivery by DSP Supervise temporary workers during the sorting process Train temporary workers in sorting procedures and best practices Communicate with DSPs to resolve delivery issues Identify and establish potential partnerships with new DSPs Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs as needed Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines Keep the warehouse clean and organized Coordinate truck dispatch and ensure smooth delivery operations Design efficient delivery routes for drivers to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency Track and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction Other tasks assigned

Qualifications:

Morning Shift (Start from 5am/6am) Experience in logistics operations or vendor management (DSP) or warehouse preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of logistics systems and industry regulations is a plus. Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or related fields is perferred.
