Program Manager Job Summary:

The Oracle Supply Chain Service Lead (EBS) is responsible for the overall management, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management modules. This role acts as the central point for ensuring the reliable operation and optimal performance of EBS SCM applications, including critical modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. The Lead will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to drive strategic initiatives and maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
EBS SCM Expertise:

Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle EBS SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, ASCP, and Procurement), ensuring proper configuration and alignment with business processes.

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations of the EBS SCM environment to guarantee high system availability, responsiveness, and performance.

Manage incidents, service requests, and outages by employing established ITIL practices to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.

Service Delivery & Support:

Develop, monitor, and report on service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of supply chain services.

Coordinate with technical teams and third-party vendors to implement patches, upgrades, and modifications in line with Oracle’s best practices and compliance requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for automation and optimization within the EBS environment.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to refine supply chain processes, leveraging insights from system usage and user feedback.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Act as the liaison between business users, IT support teams, and external vendors to ensure transparent communication and smooth operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects involving integration between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain comprehensive documentation including service catalogs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and escalation paths.

Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and best practices (e.g., SOX compliance).

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 12 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically within SCM modules. Proven experience with ITIL service management frameworks and best practices in ERP support.

Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain modules, including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. Proficiency in Oracle Support processes, including patching, maintenance, and service request management. Knowledge of underlying Oracle Database administration and middleware fundamentals. Experience integrating Oracle EBS with third-party systems such as logistics, data warehouses, and compliance tools.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
