Your role and responsibilities
Working through calls from customers to resolve issues to collect outstanding accounts receivable where applicable. Providing a positive experience for the clients and customers associated with the assigned accounts. Meet assigned service level agreements with the client per the team’s identified goals. Has process knowledge and experience across the business processes supported for their clients; understands a client’s strategy, priorities, and operations in the context of daily operational activities. This role is required to conduct daily process transactions, develop and implement process and operational improvements to meet client and IBM requirements. These professionals require skills in business operations, process management and compliance and an understanding of the process best practices and tools to execute their client’s core business processes. Prioritizes tasks and choosing methods.

Required technical and professional expertise
Experience and working knowledge in several interrelated departmental activities. Awareness of functional activities. Seeks and exchanges information, ideas, and concepts. Some presentation skills are necessary. May require negotiation to achieve coordination. Use specialized technical knowledge to identify ,evaluate, and resolve various interrelated problems from several sources. Recommends improvements to established procedures. Responsible for a variety of interrelated processes within well established procedures.

Analytical skills that will not only identify an issue, but will follow through until resolution.
Leadership skills that will allow for innovation and process improvements.
The ability to successfully learn new systems/applications.
