Job Description
Our manufacturing client is searching for and Print Production Coordinator to join their team. This is a hybrid role in Gastonia, NC.

Gastonia, NC; hybrid
Duration:
3 months to start; 20-30hrs/week
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging and design development: Collaborate with the marketing team and agency to develop and update packaging designs Ensure packaging aligns with branding, marketing, and regulatory requirements. Assist in developing packaging guidelines Scale and adjust graphics, Placement and Alignment Secure resized and adapted packaging aligns with brand positioning and customer expectations for quality and color.
Ensure packaging adaptation by integrating key marketing elements and collaborating closely with the operational packaging team.

Fit and Proportion Assessment Proofing and Pre-Production Approval:
Digital proofs and stakeholder approval Oversee packaging operations from the marketing point of view, work with the packaging operation team to ensure efficient processes and high standards of quality control. Champion sustainability efforts by identifying opportunities to reduce environmental impact through packaging design and materials. Drive initiatives to optimize packaging designs for cost-effectivenessEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of packaging strategies and operations. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize packaging processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience in packaging development, Point of Sale materials development, and strategy within the CPG industry. Strong understanding of POS and packaging design, technologies, and trends. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective leadership and communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams and influence stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving. Commitment to sustainability and innovation in packaging and POS solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively and drive decision-making. Ability to understand business objectives and link key marketing data and performance metrics with key business outcomes.
Experience developing and tracking KPIs Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Demonstrated commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketingIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
