Key Responsibilities Create and manage production schedules based on forecasts and capacity Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components Optimize production workflows and prioritize customer delivery deadlines Collaborate with Operations Manager to maximize equipment utilization Adjust schedules in response to changing priorities or delays Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular inventory audits Generate purchase orders for subcontracted services and outsourced finishing Monitor delivery timelines and support high customer service levels Communicate effectively with department leads, especially regarding quality or engineering updates What You Bring Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred) 1-2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control within manufacturing Experience using MRP/ERP systems (for scheduling and forecasting) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This is a hands-on, impactful role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a manufacturing setting, and wants to contribute to a growing team.
