Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8a-5p Assisted Lifestyle Homecare has an immediate opening for a Schedule/Office Coordinator in our Mooresville Office. The Schedule/Office Coordinatorwill:

Provide superior customer service to our home care clients Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues Manage referral and intake caseload Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously Greet and assist visitors at the front desk Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and mail Create and Maintain patient schedules Provide administrative support to various team members Maintain office supplies and inventory Ability to build and maintain healthy working relationships Participate in on-call rotation every other week Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum two (2) years office experience, preferably in a home health agency or medical office Demonstrated experience handling client needs with tact and diplomacy Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement) Previous scheduling experience is preferred Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Our employees are our greatest asset: Assisted Lifestyle offers a comprehensive benefits plan Our employees enjoy being a part of a team that cares and a company which practices Christian values.
