We are currently hiring an Automotive Logistics Associate Analyst What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports on fleet utilization and distribution, address railcar management issues, and maintain KPIs using tools like InfoAssist and Excel.
  • Analyze and present data to internal and external stakeholders, including railroad clients and TTX leadership, while managing railcar queues and shipper relationships to enhance fleet efficiency.
  • Update and monitor railcar attributes, maintenance records, and production forecasts, while supporting program equipment flow and assisting foreign entities as needed.
  • Support special projects, develop reports and documentation using Business Intelligence tools, and collaborate with vendors and customers, including bilingual communications with Mexico.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communications, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SQL Server, Tableau, SAS) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and interpret data visualizations.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred), with effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, clients, and customers in Mexico.
