The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and maintaining effective communication with clients and suppliers. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and requires a strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and supply chain logistics. Duties Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on contractual agreements. Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Collaborate with the procurement team to verify purchase orders and manage supplier billing inquiries. Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly. Utilize MRP systems to track inventory control and logistics related to billing processes. Assist in the analysis of billing data to identify trends or issues affecting revenue. Support the finance department with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. Requirements Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.
