Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Provides day-to-day legendary customer service and superior logistics support that is second to none. Tracks and reports the status of shipments Answers customer inquiries quickly, politely, and professionally with a sense of urgency via phone and email Gathers, distributes, and documents information on shipping activity to keep the entire team up to date Provides proactive and timely communication of issues found Evaluates all transportation decisions to ensure the customer is getting the best quality service by providing updates and information prior to them requesting it Understands the customers’ needs and seeks to become their best source for support with transportation needs Other duties as directed Critical Success Factors (Indicate essential skills and behaviors a person must regularly demonstrate critical for job success) Interpersonal and communication skills; works well with team members and is willing to assisting others Time management skills; is organized and able to establish and follow through on priorities Problem solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to multi-task Strong customer service skills Strong personal relationship and conflict resolution skills Computer skills using Microsoft Office Relentless follow-up Legendary customer service Ability to build strong, meaningful relationships Why Join ELE Logistics?
