Reputable Charlotte Distribution Company is currently seeking anOrder Fulfillment/Traffic Specialist in their Capital OrderFulfillment dept. The Order Fulfillment Specialist/Traffic Specialist is a fastpaced, ever changing, multi-functional role that interacts with alllevels and departments. Will have interaction with the President ofbranch, Sales department, Service department, Engineering andCustomers. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Interact with vendors on purchase orders. Track capital machinery projects for customers in 9 states. Update capital project reports. Update new order details. Enter data in CRM/Salesforce. Process necessary paperwork for orders & negotiate pricing. Maintain certificate of insurance and support to customers.

Experience needed in traffic or logistics. Computer skills Excel and Outlook. Needs someone that can make good decisions and maintain high levelcustomer service.
