About This Role:

Carrier is hiring a Multi Factory Coordinator (MFC) for its Charlotte, NC location. This role focuses on managing one-time ship-to orders by confirming addresses, onsite contacts, and release readiness. The MFC will release orders in SAP, coordinate delays with factories, and ensure on-time delivery to job sites. Responsibilities include direct communication with jobsite contacts, customer service teams, and Carrier shipping points. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking, decision-making under pressure, and continuous improvement using Carrier Excellence Tools.

Job Description:

Coordinate with factories any delays in orders to one time ship-to locations Communicate with customer jobsite contacts to identify needs relative to shipment delivery Ensure product is delivered on time to the jobsite Have interaction with external customers, internal customer service, and Carrier commercial shipping points Develop processes and controls as part of continuous improvement using ACE tools Successful candidate will have proven ability to be able to perform multiple functions, to maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma OR GED 2+ years experience in customer service 1+ year of experience in logistics

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates Degree SAP experience Power BI experience Proficient with MS Office applications Calculated, analytical thinker, detailed oriented Customer service focused; proven ability to develop strong relationships Self-motivated; demonstrated initiative Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment RSRCAR
