We pride ourselves on comprehensive planning and flawless execution. We are currently seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to provide assistance with fleet vehicles, pack outs, and shipping. The day-to-day role will vary according to RSM programs and account team needs. This person should have a strong work ethic, enjoy variety, work independently, communicate well, and be extremely organized in order to succeed in this role. General Responsibilities Support Operations Team both in-office and at company warehouse Drive fleet / company vehicles to aid in maintenance and travel needs Participate in pack outs / load ins for a variety of experiential marketing programs Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in product and equipment at warehouse Prepare program materials for mobile tours by organizing, building equipment, and staging items for upcoming programs Problem solve issues and challenges occurring on mobile tours alongside the Operations & Account Teams Desired Knowledge, Skills & Attributes HS Degree required Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record required Must be DOT Certified or willing to get DOT Certified Experience with trailers or bigger vehicles preferred, but not required General tool & auto / generator maintenance knowledge is a plus Able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move objects up to 75 pounds Strong physical and organizational skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy Comfortable working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment on a day-to-day basis Ability to travel required, occasionally on weekends
