$66,785.82 – $83,482.27 Commensurate with Experience SUMMARY This position will serve as the Parking and Ground Transportation Business Support Specialist, interfacing with CLT operators and contractors who provide management and operational services for the airport. Additionally, this position will be responsible for permit compliance and management of parking-related vendors and Ground Transportation providers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in tracking parking and ground transportation activity to support revenue growth and improve services. Help maintain parking and ground transportation contracts by organizing files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring required documents are submitted. Support the pricing and marketing of airport parking options by gathering information on competitors and customer feedback. Communicate with airport vendors, ground transportation operators, and other external partners to coordinate activities and share information. Help monitor vendor performance to ensure they are meeting contract terms and service expectations. Collect and organize financial and operational data for reports, using spreadsheets and other basic tools. Support the team in preparing performance reports, customer feedback summaries, and updates on key business metrics. Assist with research on local transportation trends and pricing to help the team make informed decisions. Work with the Operations and Business Intelligence teams to help gather and update performance information regularly. Learn and follow procedures for tracking parking transactions and help ensure accurate financial reporting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Interest in learning about how airports operate, including services like parking, ground transportation, and rental car programs. Strong time-management skills with the ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks. Familiar with Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable working independently while staying on track with goals and deadlines. Previous involvement in student organizations, internships, or group projects that demonstrate leadership is a plus. Clear communication and writing skills, especially when helping to prepare emails, memos, or informational materials. Willingness and ability to learn new technology and software as needed. Creative mindset and interest in contributing ideas for new programs, improvements, or ways to engage customers. Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. Open to new challenges and adaptable in a fast-changing environment. A genuine interest in helping improve the customer experience. Comfortable working with numbers and spotting patterns or trends in data. Able to approach problems with a positive, solution-focused attitude. Self-motivated and responsible about meeting deadlines and completing tasks without constant supervision.

General Information:

Primarily works business hours, Monday through Friday. Subject to calls and work during irregular/non-traditional hours, overtime, and emergency calls back to work. Valid driver’s license in state of residency and ability to obtain and maintain a City Driving Permit is required. Ability to pass a background check in advance of start date is required. Certain convictions will disqualify individuals from unescorted access privileges and therefore exclude from employment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s level degree with one year relevant experience, or a Master’s level degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in business, aviation, statistics, economics or a related field and three (3) or more years of experience in the travel/hospitality industry, revenue management, business development, operations research, pricing strategy, contract management, optimization, or decision-support analysis.

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

This position is sedentary in nature and may require extended periods of sitting. Remainder of time could be spent bending, reaching, twisting, standing, walking, and driving. May lift up to 25 pounds and carry for a short distance. Must possess the visual acuity to prepare and analyze figures, operate a computer, do extensive reading, and make visual inspections of airport tenant activities and facilities.
