Job Overview The Small Store Logistics Planner will be responsible for the daily tactical planning of merchandising routes. They will monitor these routes to meet SLA commitments, making real-time adjustments to minimize disruptions. The Small Store Logistics Planner will also support field partners by tracking daily attendance and ensuring all merchandising visits are completed. Duties & Responsibilities Plans daily merchandising routes for small stores using tools such as LEO/SAP, GEOTAB, and SPRING to ensurecustomer SLA compliance and optimize efficiency.
Continuously monitor and evaluate real-time SLA opportunities and suggest immediate adjustments to the plan using tools like LEO, SPRING, and GEOTAB to minimize missed SLAs.
Communicating daily with field partners about SLA opportunities with delivery supervisors, distribution managers, ASMs, and DSMs. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint.
Attention to detail.
Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
Team oriented mindset. Minimum Qualifications High school Diploma or GED
