Planner (Office Admin) 5 Months Extendable Contract Keene, NH Monday•Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM 100% onsite at Keene, NH Interview process: Phone screen, then onsite interview Possibility of extension beyond October This is an ITAR facility. Candidates must be complaint with

requirements and be US citizens or nationals.

Top skills:

•Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook•Previous production planning experience preferred (even one year is ok). Would accept Office Admin experience but truly prefers previous planning experience.

The purpose of this position:

to provide coordination and administrative support to the production control function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for printing, organizing and validating document packages. Ensuring all necessary information is readily available and accessible to all relevant team members. Tasked with data validation duties including verifying job start dates, correct reference matching to maintain accuracy and efficiency. In charge of delivering and organizing jobs in the kitting room, ensuring all tasks are properly allocated and ready for implementation. Entrusted with entering the complete status of each job into the system, providing updates to the team and ensuring everyone is aware of the progress and completion of tasks. Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory Locates and verifies materials listed on production orders Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Any other related duties as required

Skills:

Computer fluency to include Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to follow procedure Ability to take direction and work as part of a team

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing and/or production planning experience desired but not required.

Working Conditions:

Exposure to alcohol and acetone used for cleaning Occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs
