What You’ll Do Patient Champion & Counselor Guide patients through Mohs surgery and hair transplant journeys with compassionate expertise Educate patients on procedures (FUT vs. FUE) and transform complex medical information into clear, reassuring guidance Serve as primary advocate from consultation through recovery Strategic Operations Expert Master complex scheduling puzzles to optimize surgeon productivity and patient flow Navigate insurance authorizations and ensure seamless financial coordination Analyze surgical schedules and resolve conflicts with critical thinking skills Relationship Builder Develop referral partnerships with physicians and specialists Represent our practice at professional events and networking opportunities Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver exceptional coordinated care

What We’re Looking For Essential Qualifications:
