Responsibilities Plan and schedule production activities for Beaming, Weaving, and Finishing. Respond to customer inquiries and process orders promptly and courteously. Schedule shipments effectively to meet customer needs. Collaborate with team members and management to optimize production processes. Learn and understand the customer’s business to enable accurate volume forecasting. Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy through ERP systems. Qualifications Experience with ERP systems and QuickBooks. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Exceptional computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Customer-focused attitude with a sense of urgency.
