Responsibilities & Duties:
Answer the phones. Take Customer orders and process. Process orders in Epicor (ERP system) Submit processed orders to shipping and receiving. Invoice orders that have shipped Key Delivery performance and Shipment info in Excel Manage Shipping Log in Excel Work with customers regarding complaints and returns The use of multiple customer portals Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support to our clients while managing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Your core skills in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving experience will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction.
