What you’ll do Responsible for ensuring the smooth flow from our suppliers to the customer, coordinating transportation, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Coordinate transportation logistics, including scheduling and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery. Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to manage logistics operations effectively. Resolve issues related to transportation delays Plan delivery routes, adjusting to accommodate changes. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers regarding material details, delivery/pickup schedules, and special instructions. Prepare and maintain delivery documents, invoices, and bills, ensuring accurate information. Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English is required. Previous dispatching experience is a plus. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Willingness to learn new logistic systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
