At our U.S. headquarters in Raleigh, NC, we are growing our logistics operations and are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support our expanding team.

Position Summary:

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing the full logistics lifecycle, ensuring efficient andpliant shipment and delivery of materials to and from our client’s warehouses. This individual plays a key role in coordinating with logistics service providers, managing freight and LTL carrier shipments, and supporting internal teams with timely and accurate logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the shipment and delivery of materials to internal stakeholders and authorized customers
Perform relevant SAP system transactions and ensurepliance with logistics workflows
Create and manage basic shipments with freight and LTL carriers
Track and facilitate time-sensitive domestic shipments
Serve as the main point of contact for logistics service providers
Assist in updating and improving Logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Organize and managemunication within the d freight email inbox
Maintain accurate local shipping documentation and support Finance with shipment references
Support service teams with field return logistics
Understand and identify hazmat vs. non-hazmat shipment regulations
Maintain forklift certification, as required
Follow all safety policies and procedures and uphold our client’smitment topliance

Qualifications:

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
Proficiency with SAP or other ERP/logistics systems preferred
Knowledge of domestic shipping practices, including LTL and hazmat regulations
Excellentanizational andmunication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
Understanding of safety procedures in regulated workspaces
